Known bugs

This article displays the known bugs in the Certainly Platform. Please refer to this list before reporting a bug.

The list below contains items that are both critical and non-critical. Some of them are not currently being worked on because no solution exists yet, or because they require an inordinate amount of work in order to fix. We try to update this page whenever possible.

1. Some users have reported experiencing three extra dots in Zendesk and Facebook (on top of the three dots we already display when there's a delay set for a Bot Message). This happens when you utilize specific configurations in a Module, such as when you have set a delay in a Module that contains Suggested Replies, or when you've included a Generic Card without an image attached.
