The Certainly Status Checker page is a handy tool that lets you see the current real time status of our services that power our platform and your chatbots.

On the page, you will see a list of our services, such as:
- Conversation - This service shows the status of the various channels bots can connect to, such as Zendesk, Sunshine, Facebook, etc. It will also show the status of the Conversation Manager, which processes bot/visitor messages and webhook executions.
- Platform - This service shows the status of our platforms non-conversational features, such as the Bot Builder and our various reporting tools.
- AI - This service shows the status of our proprietary AI Manager, that is responsible for the functionality of Domains and Intents.
Next to each item, you will see a colored rectangle that indicates the status of that service or product. The possible statuses are Online or Offline.
Should an incident or outage occur with a service, we will add a description of the issue under the relevant one. This will also be updated periodically until the issue has been resolved.
If you want to get more details about a specific service or product, you can click on its name and see more in-depth information about its current performance, as well as a history of its status changes and incidents.
You can also subscribe to receive email or SMS notifications whenever there is a status update or incident report. To do that, click on the Subscribe link at the bottom of the page and fill in your contact details, plus accept the communications conditions.
