Service Incident - Admin Experience - July 10th, 2024
11:35 CET We are observing latency in platform admin operations, including opening chabot configurations, modifying and saving changes to chatbot configurations. This is impacting some accounts. We are investigating the root cause and will be providing an update within the next hour.
12:20 CET The investigation is still ongoing. The latency is no longer persisting, and there is no impact to chat-users. The issue is isolated to the opening and saving of changes to bot configurations. We will provide another update in the next 60 minutes.
13:30 CET We have determined that the issue was impacting only solutions with NLU models that have not been trained in the last few months. We have forced a refresh for those impacted NLU models and the admin experience resumed working as expected. This conflict was exposed by today's earlier release (July 10th, 2024), but it went undetected due to the isolated circumstances in which it occurs. We thank you for your attention and apologize for the inconvenience caused to your operations. Although normal operations can be resumed, we are continuing the investigation to better understand the root cause of the conflict and prevent it from impacting us in future releases.
