Scheduled Maintenance - Service Migration - April 29, 2024

05:00 CEST Access to all services has been interrupted to facilitate the database migration.
 
07:15 CEST The database migration is now completed. The team identified an issue with one microservice that was promptly corrected. The service will be opened after the DNS migration has taken place and the new infrastructure has passed all health checks.
 
07:51 CEST Access to the service is fully restored. Thank you for your attention. We will keep monitoring stability and performance closely throughout the day. Some platform users might experience issues logging in and out of the platform until their local DNS is up to date.
 
08:28 CEST Message Reports (Legacy) appear to be inaccessible. The team is looking into this.
 
10:50 CEST Some companies are unable to publish changes to their Sunshine Conversations bots and are not able to re-deploy bots after they have been disconnected. We are investigating both issues with urgency.

Certainly will carry out some critical maintenance on this date between 5AM and 9AM CEST. We recommend turning off your Certainly solution throughout the duration of the maintenance.

We expect the migration to impact the following subset of customers:

  • those using bots connected to the Zendesk Classic Widget channel.
  • those who use Certainly Webhooks to connect to API endpoints that require IP Whitelisting. See this article for more details regarding IP addresses linked to Certainly's infrastructure: IP Addresses to whitelist
