11:00 CET We have been notified by a customer that their conversations get stuck after the transfer of a conversation from one bot to another. This is a side-effect of the service migration concluded earlier in the day. We are investigating the issue with urgency as this is considered a high-priority issue.

13:55 CET We have deployed a fix for the problem. One microservice was not behaving as expected post-migration under certain circumstances. This led some bots not to react to inbound conversations passed by other bots.
