13:55 CET We have discovered an issue with various areas of the admin. It is not possible to Save changes to bots, and it is not possible to read some conversation in the Inbox. All bots are functional, we have detected no degradation there. We are rolling back a recent release that might have caused the issue impacting the admin.

14:20 CET We are still observing difficulties in Saving changes to bots. Our engineers continue to investigate and look for a final resolution. We will provide another update shortly.

15:00 CET It is now possible to access all conversations in the Inbox. There was no loss in conversational data, so conversations previously inaccessible are now available again.

15:10 CET We have completely rolled back today's release. Changes to bots can now be saved once again. We are in the process of reviewing why some misbehavior passed all tests on preproduction but caused issues in the Platform Admin in Production.

17:00 CET Some Platform Admins might be experiencing problems in saving changes to their bots, after a Module Connection or a Global Connection has been changed. We are actively looking into this and will provide an update as soon as possible.

July 4th 11:00 CET All admin operations are now working as expected.
