17:45 CEST We are observing a degradation in the performance of some Generative AI solutions due to an elevated error rate from OpenAI.  OpenAI has not confirmed an issue on their status page. We are reviewing the best course of action to minimize impact to end-users.

17:58 CEST OpenAI appears to have resolved the issue causing an outage to their APIs. We await for official communication. We apologize for any disruption we have experienced in the past few minutes.

18:00 CEST OpenAI has acknowledged the issue and appears to have fixed it. We continue monitoring on our end. We once again apologize for any disruption faced in the past minutes.
