15:25 CET: The issue has been traced to an unexpected spike in our webhook execution service. Performance is now returning to normal levels, with webhooks now working as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation.

15:30 CET: We've received a status notification from Zendesk, that they experienced a latency issue with their Sunshine Conversations & Messaging products. The issue started around 15:10, and it seems that our Sunshine channel integration was impacted shortly after. We'll continue to monitor in any case.
