11:00 CET: The issue has been resolved.

Root cause: The issue was caused by our domain registrar company automatically triggering the deactivation of our domain, leading to the platform and services being inaccessible. The reason why our domain got blocked is still under investigation on the domain registrar’s side. We do not see any issues on our side and we were not notified of this unexpected change. We are in communication with the company to understand why this happened, and how we can prevent it from happening in the future.
