15:10 CET We have discovered an issue with the RAG functionality that powers our Generative solutions. We're investigating the cause of this with our partners and hope to have return ith a resolution as soon as possible. This is a partial loss in functionality as Generative solutions will not have the entire context available when generating a reply, but they are all responding based on their guidelines.

18:50 CET One of our technology partners faced a service outage following a migration on their end, which impacted our services. This is now fully resolved and all Generative solutions are fully functional.
