Certainly Status Checker

The Certainly Status Checker page is a handy tool that lets you see the current real time status of our services that power our platform and your chatbots.

Check it here

On the page, you will see a list of our services, such as:

  • AI - Assistants - This service shows the status of the deployed bots, connected to our channels, such as Zendesk, Sunshine, Facebook, etc. It will also show the status of the Conversation Manager, which processes bot/visitor messages and webhook executions.
  • OpenAI - This service shows the status of The OpenAI API, which some of our bots rely on for AI message generation.
  • Canvas (Management Platform) - This service manages our certainly platform, bot builder, webhook builder, inbox and reporting tools

Next to each item, you will see a colored status indicator for that service or product. The possible statuses are Operational, Minor Outage, Major Outage, Critical Outage.

Status Page Channels

Should an incident or outage occur with a service, we will add a description of the issue under the relevant one. This will also be updated periodically until the issue has been resolved.

A detailed daily breakdown of any incidents that may have accured in the prior days can be found below the status breakdown for each service. A full Incident history is also available for those who want to check for dates prior than those shown in our summary.

You can also subscribe to receive email, Teams, Slack or Atomnotifications whenever there is a status update or incident report. To do that, click on the "Subscribe to Updates" link at the top right of the page and fill in the requested details.

We hope that the Certainly Status Checker page helps you stay informed and confident about our services and products. If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact us at support@certainly.io. We are always happy to hear from you and assist you in any way we can.
