The incident was caused by an external library that had been recently integrated into the platform.
Resolution and mitigation actions:
In order to prevent the issue from occurring in the future, we have deactivated the use of this library and will pursue other options.
The issue affecting the chatbots has now been resolved.
We have discovered an issue that is affecting all chatbots, causing them not to respond as expected. Our development team has been informed, and they are investigating the issue.
