The left sidebar menu can be found on the left side of the platform. In this article we will give a brief overview of what features can be found in the menu:
- Front page
When you press this you will return to the front page, where you can see an overview of all the bots you have created.
Inbox is a tool where you can view all of the conversations that have gone through your bot. This is great to get an overview of the user journey in your bot.
Filters is a tool you can use to create segments with the end users of your chatbot. This is a great tool to use for campaigns and can also be used to gather information about your end user, which you can use outside of the bot (though you should always ask for permission to do this).
In broadcasting you can create content for Facebook Messenger Users based on segments you have created in Filters and then push the content to the selected users.
- In Message Report you can get an overview of the written input that the bot has received and it is also possible to download a CSV file with all the messages. This can especially be useful if your bot allows a lot of freely written text, so you can get an insight into how your customers communicate with the chatbot, which is information you can use when you are continuously improving it.
- In KPI report you can view data from the starting module, handover module and fallback module to get a sense of how many enter your bot and how many people need assistance from a human or how many types of input that the bot does not understand.
Groups is a great way to organize your modules into different colors, which can be great to get a visual overview. It can also be used to track certain paths of your chatbot flow, which can be useful data. The data can be seen in Message Reports. This is helpful when the structure of your chatbot is big, so you can create an overview of the different paths. All you have to do is press a color and then your cursor will turn into a pen and then you just click the modules, which you want to color. The subjects, which are next to the colors can be changed, so they are tailored to your chatbot’s flows.
